The process of building teams is quickly evolving for countless companies, and this change is especially daunting for organizations that lack a flexible staffing strategy.<\/p>\n

Whether trying to find and hire temp workers<\/a> or something a bit more permanent, recruiting and staffing won\u2019t be the same once the pandemic subsides. What will it look like then?<\/p>\n

1. It\u2019ll be from a distance.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Social distancing won\u2019t just be a solution for decluttering restaurants and bars. Recruiting from a distance \u2014 and with the help of virtual technology \u2014 will be essential to any business continuity plan.<\/p>\n
